Abstract:

Building OA resources platform played a very important and realistic role in promoting the dissemination of agricultural information and improving farmers’ scientific and cultural level. In this thesis, we combed through the existing agricultural OA resources, analyzed the progress of the agricultural resources’ integration research, put forth the idea of building the OA resources platform based on agricultural university libraries, and elaborated the key technologies and basic process of the platform building.
