摘要： CMV和TMV病毒的侵染导致密纹片姜产量降低，品质下降，通过茎尖脱毒培养和筛选获得脱毒苗并建立快繁体系，以提高产量，改善品质。茎尖接种培养基为MS+6-BA1.0~3.0 mg/L+NAA0.1 mg/L，丛生芽快繁培养基为MS+6-BA2.0~4.0 mg/L，生根培养基为1/2MS。经过一年多的研究和培养，获得大量脱毒苗并应用于生产。本方法也适用于黄姜类其它品种的脱毒和快速繁殖。
Abstract: Virus diseases cause the reduction in the yield and quality of Zingiber officinale cv.miwen.Through de-virus and repid propagation by stem apices tissue cuiture,the plantlets were gotten successfully free from virus,with hope to improve rts yield and quality.Stemtip medium is MS+6-BA1.0~3.0 mg/L+NAA0.1 mg/L，Medium used for producing rosette buds is MS+2.0-4.0 mg/L. Rooting medium is 1/2MS.
