摘要:

为了研究香蕉硝态氮吸收动力学特征,确定合理的数据处理方式和参数量纲,利用改进耗竭法,研究香蕉硝态氮吸收动力学数据处理方式及参数量纲表示方式。结果表明,3种不同的数据处理方法和参数量纲得到的香蕉苗期硝态氮吸收动力学参数不同。用相关系数的平方作为数据评价和取舍标准,在本试验中Lineweaver-Burke(LB)法得到的数据准确性最高,该方法得到的回归方程的相关系数(R2)在0.918~0.988之间,均达到显著水平;该方法用根干重或根鲜重为量纲得到的动力学参数较为合理,达到极显著水平,Vmax和Km变化规律一致。

Abstract:

Determining for banana nitrate uptake kinetic more reasonable data treating method and parameter dimension, three data processing methods and three parameters expression dimensions were investigated by modified depletion method. The results indicated that, the kinetics parameters for nitrate uptake were changeable dependent upon data processing and dimension. Conclusion were draw that, method of Lineweaver-Burke (LB) was the best one with veracity among those data processing based on the values of R2, range of 0.918-0.988, got to 5% significant level. It was more reliable to the kinetic parameters when dimension was expressed as root dry weight or root fresh weight with 1% significant level, and Vmax and Km had consistent change trend.
