Prediction of the Spatial Structure and B-cell Epitopes of Mycoplasma suis ORF4 Protein

摘要:

为了预测猪附红细胞体(Mycoplasma suis)ORF4蛋白的空间结构和B细胞抗原表位。选择Genebank序列号AJ504999中ORF4基因,应用生物信息软件和互联网在线程序分析ORF4的氨基酸序列预测二级结构、三级结构、亲水性、柔韧性、抗原指数及表面可及性。结果表明:ORF4蛋白二级结构没有α-螺旋,其中柔性结构以β-转角为主,潜在的优势B细胞抗原表位区段主要分布在28~34,54~61氨基酸区段。本研究预测了ORF4蛋白空间结构和B细胞抗原表位,为猪附红细胞体表位疫苗的设计研发提供了指导意义。

Abstract:

To predict the spatial structure and B-cell epitopes of Mycoplasma suis ORF4 protein. The secondary structure, tertiary structure, hydrophilicity, flexible region, antigenic index and surface probability were predicted through the nucleotide sequence of AJ504999-ORF4 were analyzed by bioinformatics software and internet routine. The results showed that the potential B cell antigenic epitopes of Mycoplasma suis ORF4 protein were located at 28-34, 54-61aa, whose the secondary structure were without α-helix but rich in β-pleated sheet. Prediction of the spatial structure and B-cell epitopes of Mycoplasma suis ORF4 protein might laid the basis for studies of the design of epitopes vaccine.
