摘要：

为了研究枕纹锦蛇(Elaphe dione)消化道生长抑素(SS)、胃泌素(GAS)2种内分泌细胞的形态和分布规律。应用ABC免疫组织化学法来进行研究，结果显示：SS细胞在消化道各部位均有分布，其中以胃贲门部、胃体和胃幽门部分布密度最高，十二指肠其次，食管、回肠和直肠分布密度最低；GAS细胞只分布于胃幽门部、十二指肠及空肠，且各部位的分布密度差异不显著。上述内分泌细胞的分布特点可能与消化道各部位的功能有关。

Abstract:

To study the morphology and density of SS and cells in the digestive tract of the Elaphe dione. The method of the ABC immunohistochemical technique, the results indicated that SS positive cells distributed throughout the digestive tract with the highest density in the cardia, corpus and pylorus, followed by duodenum, and lowest in the oesophagus, ileum and rectum; Gas cells distributed mainly in the pyloricus, duodenum and jejunum, and data were no statistically different among these regions. It might be related to the function of various parts of the digestive tract.
