嗜银细胞在300日龄中国黄羽鹌鹑消化道中的形态与分布

Distribution and Morphology of Argentaffin Cells in Digestive Tract of 300-day-old Chinese Yellow Quail

摘要:

为消化系统的生理和病理学研究提供形态学依据,研究300日龄中国黄羽鹌鹑(Coturnix aponica)消化道嗜银细胞的分布和形态。取消化道各段,应用Grimelius银染法处理,观察嗜银细胞的分布、形态,并统计消化道各段嗜银细胞的分布密度,采用独立样本T检验法对雌雄进行了比较。结果表明:在黄羽鹌鹑的口腔、食管、嗉囊、肌胃和泄殖腔未发现嗜银细胞,在消化道其他部位均有嗜银细胞,其分布曲线大体呈现波浪形,2个高峰分别出现在腺胃和结直肠,空肠的分布密度最低。嗜银细胞主要分布在腺胃腺叶内细胞、肠黏膜上皮细胞、肠固有层和肠腺泡上皮细胞之间。其形态多样,包括锥形、梭形、圆形、椭圆形等等,其中锥形嗜银细胞的突起伸向肠腔,梭形嗜银细胞两端均有突起,分别指向固有层和肠腔。说明黄羽鹌鹑消化道嗜银细胞的分布可能与其种属有关,结合黄羽鹌鹑消化道嗜银细胞分布与形态可以推测其有内分泌、外分泌和旁分泌3种功能。

Abstract:

This experiment was aimed at studying the distribution and morphology of argentaffine cells in the 300-day-old Chinese Yellow Quail (Coturnix aponica) and provided morphological basis for physiological and pathological study on digestive system. Every segment of the digestive tract was taken. Grimelius's method was used to observe the distribution and morphology of argentaffine cells, and then the distribution density of the argentaffine cells in each digestive tract segment was determined. We compared male and female by used T-test. The results showed that: the argentaffine cells could be found throughout most of the digestive tract, but couldn’t be found in oral cavity, esophagus, ingluvies, masticatory stomach and colorectum portions. The distrionbution curve is similar to wave. There were two high peaks in glandular stomach and rectum, jejunum distributed the density lowest. The argentaffine cells were seen in glandular stomach leaves, between epithelial cells of mucosa layer, intestinal gland and lamina propria. The shape of argentaffin cells was varied, including cone, fusiform, round, oval and so on. The cone cells always had one long processus extending to the gut lumen, and spindly cells had two long processus, one extending to the gut lumen, the other extending to the lamina propria. The distribution of argentaffine cells might be related to its species. According to the distributed density and morphology of argentaffine cells in the digestive tract of Chinese Yellow Quail, we thought the argentaffine cells might have exocrine, endocrine and paracrine functions.
