Abstract:

To achieve the goal of protecting the cultivated land and provide the strong guarantee for China’s social and economic especially agricultural development, the study compared the first data with the second data of land survey in Pingdu City, analyzed the cultivated land changes, explored the reduction reason of the cultivated land, and showed a lot of problems existing in the cultivated land protection. The results of this research showed that, we should strengthen the necessity of protecting the cultivated land in our future work and put forward the innovated cultivated land protection policies definitely, include establishing the cultivated land protection fund, constructing the new mechanism of the cultivated land responsibility, improving the new mechanism of land expropriation compensation and other four suggestions to reform the present cultivated land protection policy.
