油松浸种处理水温与浸种时间研究

摘要:

为了摸清浸种水温、浸种时间对油松种子吸水量及生命活力的影响,进行了不同水温及时间的浸种试验。通过不同浸种温度、浸种时间以及浸种温度与时间组合分别对油松种子进行处理,测定处理种子的吸水量和生命活力。结果表明:种子吸水量随浸种温度或浸种时间的增加而不断增加;在浸种温度20~50℃,浸种时间6~12 h的条件下,油松种子的生活力较高。油松种子的浸种水温宜在50℃以下,在这个温度范围内,不同温度油松种子达到最高生命活力所需的浸种时间不同。水温为20~30℃时,浸种6 h;水温为40~50℃时,浸种4 h。

Abstract:

In order to understand the influence of water temperature and treating time on seed imbibition volume and seed vigor of Pinus tabulaeformis Carr., the soaking tests with different water temperature and treating time were carried on, and the water absorption and vitality of the seed was determined. The results showed that: seed imbibition volume continually increased with the increasing water temperature or treating time. The seed vigor was higher under the condition of water temperature 20-50℃, treating time 6-12 h. Pinus tabulaeformis Carr. seeds soaking water temperature should be below 50℃, in this temperature range, different soaking time was required for maximum vitality. Soaking time was 6 h with 20-30℃ temperature water, and soaking time was 4 h with 40-50℃ temperature water.
