弱磁场处理对玉米种子活力的影响

Effects of Weak Magnetizing Treatment on Seed Vigor in Maize

摘要: 采用50HZ特定频率磁化器,对不同活力水平的玉米种子进行了种子活力的磁化效果研究。结果表明:弱磁场处理对种子活力表现极显著而稳定的正向效应。不同活力水平种子活力指数的最大增长幅度,芽鲜重为21.9%~122.9%、根鲜重55.7%~102.5%、芽干重29.7%~65.7%、根干重51.4%~93.0%。其中,根干重活力指数与产量呈极显著正相关,按回归方程Y=1.0922X+229.5562可以预测田间产量。弱磁场处理可增强种子耐贮性,贮存5个月电导率下降10.87%~21%。综合评判:高活力种子磁化10d,中、低活力种子磁化8~10d效果最好。对研究发现的弱磁场对发芽力影响的不稳定效应进行了讨论,并分析比较了弱磁场与强磁场处理对玉米种子产生的磁生物学效应上的差异。

Abstract: Effects of weak magnetizing treatment on seed vigor in Maize were studied. The methods adopted were that the seeds with different vigor levels were treated for 6~10 days by 50HZ magnetic field. The results showed that the weak magnetizing treatment had significant and constant positive effects on seed vigor comparing with control. The ranges of the biggest increasing rate of the vigor index among the seeds of different vigor levels were 21.9%~122.9% for weight of fresh bud, 55.7%~102.5% for weight of fresh root, 29.7%~65.7% for weight of dry bud, 51.4%~93.0% for weight of dry root, and -10.87%~21% for seed conductance rate。The correlation between vigor index of root dry weight and yield were significant at 0.01 level of probability. The yield can be forecasted by calculation with equation Y=1.0922x+229.5562. The best magnetizing treatment time was 10 days for higher vigor seeds, 8~10 days for the middle and lower. The differences between strong and weak magnetizing treatment was also discussed in this paper.
