摘要: 为了提高作物的水分利用效率,通过盆栽试验,研究了阿魏酸对不同土壤水分条件下小麦叶片水分利用效率的影响。结果表明,在土壤水分含量较高时用100 μmol/L的FA处理可以降低小麦叶片的光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度和WUE,而在较低的土壤水分条件下FA却可以显著提高光合速率和WUE等生理指标。因此,采用100 μmol/L的FA可以在一定程度上提高小麦叶片的水分利用效率。

Abstract: To enhance the WUE of crops, a pot experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of ferulic acid on the water use efficiency of different wheat varieties. The results showed that: spray of 100 μmol/L FA on leaves promoted the Pn and WUE at low soil water content, but inhibited the Pn, Tr, Gs and WUE at high soil water content. These results suggested that, FA (100 μmol/L) could increase WUE in wheat cultivars.
