云南省新平县农村土地流转现状的调查

摘要： 土地作为一种生产要素，只有合理流动，才能提高使用效益。通过采用实证研究方法对云南省新平县农村土地流转现象进行调查，并对调查结果深入分析。研究表明：新平县农村土地流转形式多样，随着当地社会经济的发展，尤其是第二产业的快速发展，农地流转市场逐渐活跃，但农地流转还需要从转变农民的观念意识、推进农村富余劳动力转移、完善土地流转服务体系等方面进一步完善，以实现农村土地流转的健康发展。

Abstract: Land, as a production element, need reasonablily flowing to increase efficiency. By investigation and research, data about land circulation basic situation in Xinping County were collected. These data indicate that there are many circulation forms, economic growth, especially rapid development of second industry disaffiliate more peasants from rural areas and agriculture, revitalize rural land circulation. To promote sound development of rural land circulation, changing idea of peasants, promoting transfer of surplus rural labors and refining land circulation service system are essential.
