摘要: Sunscan冠层分析仪可以间接测量叶面积指数,具有简单快捷,对植物无损伤的特点。在大田情况下,本研究通过与传统手测叶面积进行比较,研究Sunscan冠层分析仪在小麦叶面积测定中的可行性。Sunscan冠层分析仪测定的叶面积指数与传统方法测定的叶面积指数有很好的相关性(r2=0.59-0.86)。在小麦生育后期,冠层枯黄叶片影响Sunscan冠层分析仪测定数据,导致测定结果偏大,抬高底端的测量位置可以减小枯黄叶片对测量的影响。

Abstract: Sunscan canopy analysis system is an important instrument for indirectly measuring leaf area index (LAI), wcich is simple ,fast and without damage to the plants. The objective of this study is to evaluate the feasibility of the Sunscan canopy analysis system measuring LAI (Sunscan-LAI) in the field, comparing to the conventional destructive-LAI by hand. There is a good relationship between the Sunscan-LAI and the destructive-LAI(r2=0.59-0.86). In the later season raise the measurement location of the probe can reduce the influence of the yellow leaves because the yellow leaves in the bottom layer may intercept the radiation and make the value of Sunscan-LAI increased.
