摘要： 利用浙江、安徽、江西三省的199份稻农调查样本，就粮食补贴政策对稻农种植积极性的影响进行了实证分析，得出每亩补贴标准对稻农种植积极性有显著的正向促进作用，研究还显示规模较大的粮食生产大户的种植积极性比小户要更高。同时重新构建农户生产行为的理论模型，推论出农户非农就业的参与程度不仅不会妨碍其进行粮食生产，反而对粮食生产有促进作用。这一推论得到了实证分析结果的支持。

Abstract: Analyzing the impact of grain subsidy policies on rice farmers’ productive enthusiasm through studying 199 rice farmer samples from Zhejiang province, Anhui province and Jiangxi province. The conclusion is that grain subsidy has a positive effect on rice farmers’ productive enthusiasm, and bigger rice households have more productive enthusiasm. The paper reestablishes the theoretical model of farmer’ planting behavior, and concludes that farmers’ off-farm work has a positive effect on their rice planting production.
