施氮量和留叶数对烤烟产量与主要品质指标的影响

Effects of Nitrogen Application Rate and Remained Leaf Number on Yield and Main Quality Traits of Flue-cured Tobacco

摘要: 以‘HY-9-7’为材料,研究不同氮肥用量和留叶数对烤烟产量与主要品质指标的影响。结果表明:(1)烤烟产量随着施氮量的增加而显著提高,随着留叶数的增加呈先增加后下降的趋势,表现为留叶20片>留叶18片>留叶22片,各处理差异显著;烤烟产值随着施氮量及留叶数的增加均呈现先增加后下降的趋势。(2)烤后烟叶总糖、还原糖含量随着施氮量的增加而下降,N、K含量随施氮量增加而升高,烟碱含量随施氮量增加而显著提高。(3)烤后烟叶总糖、还原糖、K、烟碱含量均随留叶数增加而下降。(4)施肥量和留叶数的交互效应对烤烟产量、产值以及烟叶总糖、还原糖含量的影响均达显著水平。

Abstract: A field experiment was conducted to study the nitrogen application rate and remained leaf number on yield and main quality traits of flue-cured tobacco with HY-9-7 as material. The results showed that (1) the yield of flue-cured tobacco significantly increased with the increment of nitrogen rate, and it showed the increase-decrease trend with the increment of remained leaf number, and it showed 20 leaves>18 leaves >22 leaves. The output value of flue-cured tobacco increased and then decreased with the increment of nitrogen rate and remained leaf number. (2) As the increase of nitrogen application, total sugar and reducing sugar content decreased, while N, K, nicotine content of cured leaf increased. (3) As the increase of remained leaf number, content of total sugar, reducing sugar, K and nicotine were decreased. (4) The interaction effects of nitrogen rate and remained leaf number on yield, output value of flue-cured tobacco and content of total sugar and reducing sugar in cured leaves were significant.
