摘要： 以绞股蓝茎尖作为外植体,以MS为基本培养基，附加不同浓度的6-BA和NAA，筛选出适于绞股蓝叶芽丛生芽分化的培养基MS + 6-BA 1.0 mg/L +NAA 0.02 mg/L。
