Review of the Characteristics of Nutrition and Seeds of Abelmoschus esculentus

摘要: 黄秋葵种子中含丰富的蛋白质和脂肪,营养价值较高,国内外对其进行了大量的基础研究,主要集中于营养成分、食用价值、生理探究等方面,研发利用黄秋葵种子具有深远意义。因此,笔者简述了黄秋葵种子的植物学特性、营养成分、食用价值、种子生理等的研究概况,为深入开展黄秋葵种子相关的研究与利用提供参考。

Abstract: Abelmoschus esculentus seeds are rich in protein and fat, with higher nutritional value. At present, the extensive domestic and abroad research of Abelmoschus esculentus seeds was mainly focused on the nutritional contents, edible value, physiology, etc. It would have profound significance to research and develop the use of Abelmoschus esculentus seeds. Therefore, the author gave an overview of the research about biological characteristics, nutritional components, edible value, and physiology of Abelmoschus esculentus seeds in order to make good use of them in the further study.
