刺山柑提取物对正常小鼠耳廓微循环的作用

The Effects of the Extraction from Capparis Spinosa Lon Microcirculation of
Auricle in Normal Mice

摘要: 研究刺山柑提取物(CSE)对小鼠耳廓微循环的影响,为改善微循环障碍性疾病提供实验依据。将正常小鼠50只随机分为5组(空白对照组,阳性对照组,CSE 1.25、2.5、5 mg/(10g·天)组。每天给药一次,连续灌胃7天。用WX-6微循环显微仪分别于末次给药后六个时间点即0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5、3.0 h于给药前耳廓相同部位测量耳廓微循环微动脉、微静脉血管口径及毛细血管开放的数目。与空白组比较,CSE低、中、高剂量组能明显增加耳廓微血管管径及毛细血管开放数目(P<0.05),增强作用与 作用时间及剂量成正相关,以CSE高剂量更为显著。CSE对正常小鼠微循环具有改善作用。

Abstract: To investigate the effects of CSE on Microcirculation of Auricle in Normal Mice, and to provide the experimental basis to improve Microcirculation disorders. NIH mice were divided into five groups at random(contrast, positive contrast of APC(250 mg/(kg·d)),CSE(80 mg/(kg·d)), 160 mg/(kg·d), 320 mg/(kg·d). All were given drug by continuous lavage 7 days. The capillary vessal number, the diameter of thin vein and artery, the fiow velocity of thin artery was monitored by WX-6 microcirculation microscope test machine before and 0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5、3.0 h after administrating the drug. Compared with contrast group, the low, middle and high group can increase the diameter of auricle micro vein and auricle capillary open numbers(P<0.05,P<0.01),the test item was increased and time and dosage dose related, the high was more obvious. CSE can improve the Microcirculation of Auricle in Normal Mice.
