温度和水分联合作用对‘连粳7号’水稻种子发芽率的影响

Effects of the Joint Action of Temperature and Water Content on ‘Lianjing 7’ Rice Seed Germination Rate

摘要: 为探明‘连粳7号’水稻种子发芽率在贮存期间的变化规律以及温度和水分联合作用对水稻种子发芽率的影响,以水稻种子的发芽率为指标,以含水量和贮存温度为考察因素,选用3×3析因试验设计、采用SPSS软件辅助数据分析进行了试验研究。结果表明,含水量为14.5%的水稻种子在25℃下贮存180天后其发芽率仍可达89%,含水量为11.5%的水稻种子在5℃下贮存180天后其发芽率仍可达96.6%,水稻种子发芽率随贮存时间的延长而逐渐下降,含水量和贮存温度为影响其变化的关键因素且二者存在显著的交互作用。

Abstract: In order to investigate the change rule of‘Lianjing 7’rice seed germination rate during storage and the effects of the joint action of temperature and water content on rice seed germination rate, 3×3 factorial design was performed with rice seed germination rate as dependent variable, water content and storage temperature as independent variable, and SPSS software was used to process the data. The results showed that the germination rate of rice seed kept in storage with water content of 14.5% and storage temperature of 25℃ for 180 days could still reach 89%, and with water content of 11.5% and storage temperature of 5℃ for 180 days could still reach 96.6%. Rice seed germination rate gradually decreased with the extension of storage time, water content and storage temperature were the key factors and had significant interaction.
