种植模式对金钱草指标成分含量的影响

Effects of Planting Patterns on Index Ingredients of Lysimachia christinae Hance

摘要: 金钱草种植模式对指标成分含量影响尚无研究,开展其研究意义明显。为筛选适宜金钱草的种植模式,以提高药材质量,采用“旱式”、“半旱式”种植,同一海拔、土壤和管理,金钱草的7个品系长势较好,并于4、10月采收,HPLC-UV法测定槲皮素、山奈素的含量。结果表明,金钱草在2种模式下产量接近;但指标成分含量差异明显,“旱式”,25号含量>0.1%(符合《药典》规定),而其他材料号均<0.1%;“半旱式”,7个材料号含量均>0.1%;2个模式下,槲皮素、总含量呈显著差异。“半旱式”种植模式有利于金钱草指标成分含量的提高。

Abstract: The paper aims to research effects of planting patterns on the quality of Lysimachia christinae Hance. HPLC-UV method was used to determine the material of the different planting patters and different harvest time. The production of Lysimachia christinae Hance is close under the two planting patterns, but the index content is different obviously. For example, under the “dry type”, only content of test material 25#is higher than 0.1%; under the “half dry type”, content of all test materials is higher than 0.1%. “Half dry type” planting pattern is beneficial to improve the index component of the Lysimachia christinae Hance.
