农业补贴政策对不同资源禀赋稻农土地流转意愿影响机理研究——基于江西样本数据

Research on Influence Mechanism of Agriculture Subsidy Policy on Different Resource Endowments the Willingness of Land Transfer——Based on Jiangxi Sample Data

摘要: 为了探讨加大农业补贴政策扶持力度背景下如何有序引导水稻主产区稻农进行土地流转。本研究利用江西省231个稻农调查样本数据,运用Probit模型实证研究了影响稻农土地流转意愿的主要因素,并侧重分析农业补贴政策对稻农土地流转意愿的影响。结果表明:农业补贴政策对稻农土地流转意愿的积极影响不大,稻农对农业补贴资金的用途各异,农业补贴政策对农业补贴资金不用于水稻生产的稻农的土地流转意愿几乎无积极影响,甚至存在一定负面影响;稻农的能力禀赋、社会经济禀赋、目标禀赋和外部因素均对稻农土地流转意愿存在不同程度影响。

Abstract: In order to explore how to guide to rice farmers transfer the land orderly under the background of increasing agricultural subsidies policy support. The author adopted 231 sample datum of rice farmers in Jiangxi Province and applied the Probit model to make a research about main factors which effected the rice farmers’willingness to transfer the land. Moreover, the author put particular emphasis to analyze the influence of farmers’willingness to transfer the land on which grain subsidies policy made. The results showed that: there was little positive influence on rice farmers’willingness to transfer the land. There were various uses of grain subsidies funds, grain subsidies policies had no positive impact on famers’willingness to transfer land that seldom put food subsidies policies into rice production and even there were some negative effects; rice farmers ability endowments, socio-economic endowments, objectives and external factors had some influence on farmers’willingness to transfer land to varying degrees.
