Abstract: According to the present status of Agricultural Science-Technology Area, this article discussed about program , principles and methods to set up the evaluating criterion system, took Zhang Zhou National Agricultural Science-Technology Area for example. A suitable evaluating criterion system has been designed and applied to the Agricultural Science-Technology Area of China.
