移动式差压预冷机的研制与示范

The Technology Demonstration of Portable Forced-Air Pre-cooling

摘要: 利用轴流风机在果蔬包装箱两侧形成压力差,使冷空气快速流经果蔬表面,加快果蔬田间热和呼吸热的去除,降低果蔬温度。移动式差压预冷机样机重量200kg,外形尺寸为2.4m×1.8m×0.5m,采用1.5~2KW轴流风机,80个普通塑料筐(590mm×400mm×320mm)和净压通道构成一个完整的差压预冷系统。以结球生菜为试验材料,进行预冷机的性能评估,差压预冷机4h使生菜温度由28℃降至2℃左右。中国普遍采用的冷库预冷耗时则为26~30h。差压预冷可使预冷效率提高6~7倍,而预冷成本投入以生菜为例约0.02元/kg。样机成本投入约为7500元。

Abstract: When the pressure difference was produced at the opposite sides of vegetable and fruit container in cold room by axial fan, the cold air should pass the produce in container at higher speed and took away the field heat from vegetables and fruits. The pre-cooling system consisted of a static pressure channel produced by two stacks of vegetable and fruit container, and portable pre-cooling machine with a 1.5~2KW axial fan (weight: 200kg; size: 2.4m×1.8m×0.5m). It took 4 hr to cool lettuce from 28℃to 2℃ while about 26~30 hr by cold room pre-cooling. The time efficiency upgraded by 6~7 times, but the extra cost was only 0.002 Yuan/kg vegetables and fruits. The price of machine was about 7500 Yuan.
