硅钙钾肥对红枣产量及品质的影响

Effect of Si, Ca and K Fertilizer on Yield and Quality of Red Jujube

摘要: 针对枣树生产中单纯重视补充大量元素而忽视补充中微量元素的问题,在田间条件下通过向枣园施用不同浓度的中量元素肥料硅钙钾肥,对该肥料在红枣生长量、果品品质以及产量等方面产生的影响做了初步研究。研究结果表明:施用硅钙钾肥后可以促进枣树叶片及果实生长,叶片长、宽及面积与果实纵径均明显高于对照,4kg/棵效果最明显;施肥后红枣中的有机酸含量、维生素C含量、可溶性糖含量都得到明显提高,尤以4kg/棵效果最显著;施用硅钙钾肥可以明显增强枣树抗病害能力,降低裂果率和病果率并且明显提高吊果比、单果重及产量,以4kg/株增产幅度最大,增产率达到21.8%。本实验为生产中合理施用硅钙钾肥提供一定的理论依据,为进一步研究内在机理提供理论基础。

Abstract: Aimed at the problem of“attaching importance to macroelement and ignoring medium trace element”in production, the effect of fertilizer on the quality, growth and yield of red jujube was studied by applying fertilizer of different Si, Ca and K concentrations. The results showed that the application of Si, Ca and K fertilizer could improve the growth of jujube leaves and fruits, and the length, wide and area of leaves and diameter of fruit were significantly higher than that of CK, 4 kg/plant had the most obvious effect. The content of organic acids, Vc and soluble sugar in jujubes also increased significantly after fertilization, 4 kg/plant also had the most obvious effect. The application of Si, Ca and K fertilizer could significantly strengthen the resistance of jujube tree to diseases and pests, and reduced dehiscent fruit number and sickness fruit rate and increased dropping shoot ration, weight of single fruit and yield, 4 kg/plant had the most obvious effect, which could increase the yield by 21.8%. This study could provide theoretical basis for the reasonable application of Si, Ca and K fertilizer in production and further study.
