高效液相色谱法测定百菌清有效成分的含量

HPLC Determination For Active Ingredient in Chlorothalonil

摘要: 建立了一种高效液相色谱法测定百菌清有效成分含量的新方法。采用250×4.0mm Lichosorb Si60-5μ色谱柱,以正庚烷-二氯甲烷(80:20V/V)为流动相,流速为1.2ml/min,254nm紫外检测器。该方法处理简单、快速、准确、 适用,方法线性范围为0.03mg/ml-1.2mg/ml,回收率为99.01%-100.72%,变异系数为0.277%。

Abstract: The new method for the determination of active ingredient in chlorothalonil by HPLC on 250×4.0mm Lichosorb Si60- 5μchromatographic column with 254nm UV-detector was established.The mobil phase was n-heptane _ methylene chloride (80:20v/v) and flow rate was set at 1.2ml/min,The method was simple, rapid,accurate and practical. The linear correlation were 0.03mg/ml-1.2mg/ml,the recovery were 99.01%-100.72%,the coefficients of variation were 0.277%.
