摘要: 农业生物工程在农业生产中发挥着重要的作用,已经在除草剂抗性,抗虫,抗病和饲料添加剂等方面取得了良好的成绩。体外定向分子进化技术是改造基因的有效手段,通常可以用来提高酶的比活,改变酶动力学特征,产生新的底物特异性,产生新的产物和改变酶的最适条件。该技术已经成功的应用在农业的各个领域。主要从除草剂抗性,抗虫,抗病和饲料添加剂4个方面对基因体外定向分子进化技术在农业中的应用作一综述。

Abstract: Agro-Biotechnology was more and more important in global agriculture. Many improvements for herbicide resistance, insect control, disease control, and industrial enzymes of food additive have had good results. Directed molecular evolution is a powerful tool for the production of improved enzymes. Objectives commonly include improvement of a specific activity, improvement of kinetics, novel substrate specificities, novel products, and optimal performance in specific environments. The technique has been applied to goals relevant to agriculture.
