南方红豆杉珍贵用材优良家系和单株配合选择

Combination Selection of Excellent Families and Plus Trees of Taxus wallichiana var. mairei for Precious Timber

摘要: 为加快南方红豆杉珍贵用材遗传改良进程,基于速生且优质干材的珍贵用材选育目标,选择了6省9个优良种源点的46个优树,并在福建省明溪县开展优树子代测定试验,采用多目标决策方法进行优树家系与单株配合选择。结果表明,南方红豆杉种内存在丰富的遗传变异,子代间的树高、地径、冠幅、当年抽梢长度等生长性状及杈干率、高径比、侧枝数量、侧枝密度、最长侧枝长度和最大侧枝直径等形质性状差异显著;3年生幼树生长性状与形质性状的家系遗传力为0.5027~0.8570,单株遗传力为0.1973~0.7988;从参试家系中筛选出10个优良家系,其生长性状与形质性状的平均遗传增益为-34.71%~20.45%;从8个优良家系内选出31株优良单株,其平均遗传增益达到-86.26%~38.79%,这些优良家系和个体可用作种子园建园材料或无性繁殖材料。

Abstract: To speed up the precious timbers genetic improving progress of Taxus wallichiana var. maireiS. Based on the precious timber breeding objectives of fast growing and high lumber qualityS,46 plus trees ofST. wallichiana var. maireiSSwere selectedSformSS6 provinces 9 excellent provenances,Sand plus treeSfamilySprogeny testS were constructed in MingxiSCounty in Fujian province. And then the excellent families by using the multi-objective decision methodand plus trees combination was carried out .The results showed that there were abundant variations within the T. wallichiana var. maireiSand very significant difference among families growth characters, i.e. height, diameter, crown width, length of shoot in current year and stem form characters , i.e. forking ratio, ratio of height to diameter, branch numbers, branchSdensities, max-branch length, max-branch diameter. Change ranges of the family broad heritability for growth andSstem form traits of 3-year-old seedlings from different families were 0.5027~0.8570, whereas, individual heritahility of 3-year-old seedlings were 0.1973~0.7988. 10 excellent families were preliminary selectedS from the testedS46 familiesSwith an averageSSgenetic gain for growth andSstem form characters were -34.71%~20.45%. Also,31Sexcellent individuals were preliminary selectedSSfrom 8 excellent families, and their averageSgenetic gain for growth andSstem form characters were-86.26%~38.79%. These selected familiesSandSindividualsScould be used for seed orchardSor vegetative propagation.
