蟛蜞菊粗提物对玉米螟拒食作用研究初报

Study of the Bioactivity of Extracts from Wedelia chinensis Merr. on Larvae of Ostrinia furnacalis

摘要: 为了充分利用中国的植物资源,开发新型的环境和谐型农药,以蟛蜞菊为试验材料,采取叶片浸渍法,测定该植物不同部位对亚洲玉米螟的拒食活性。结果表明:蟛蜞菊4个不同部位中,以花的甲醇提取物拒食效果最好,24h对亚洲玉米螟3龄幼虫的AFC50为3392.28μg/ml,对照印楝为2228.72μg/ml。其次为根,24h的AFC50为6603.34μg/ml。叶和茎的拒食效果较差,其AFC50仅分别为12032.17μg/ml 和14046.68μg/ml。

Abstract: In order to making use of botanic resource and empolder a new harmonious pesticide in China, the antifeedant activity of Wedelia chinensis Merr., against Ostrinia furnacalis was studied in this paper, adoptting laminae dipping. The test determine antifeedant activity of the four issues in Wedelia chinensis Merr against Ostrinia furnacalis.The results of research indicate that the methanol extract of flowers posseses the highest antifeedant activity in the four tissues of Wedelia chinensis Merr. ,the values of AFC50(media antifeeding concentration)at 24h on the 3rd instar larvae of Ostrinia furnacalis was 3408.31μg/ml, according to 2275.22μg/ml of media azedarach. The next is extract of root, whose AFC50 was 6618.8μg/ml. The antifeedant activity of leaves and stem, their AFC50 were 15449.81μg/ml and 23150.97μg/ml respectively.
