不同收获时间对燕麦种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

Effects of Different Harvest Time on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Oats

摘要： 本文以‘青海444’‘青海甜燕麦’、‘青引2号’为试验材料,于2018年在蜡熟期后进行收获,研究不同收获时间对青海地区燕麦发芽率的影响,旨在为青海地区燕麦的最佳收获期提供依据。结果表明,‘青海甜燕麦’最佳收获期在蜡熟期后12-15天左右,穗上部、穗中部、穗下部发芽率均在84%以上；‘青海444’最佳收获期在蜡熟期后10-15天左右,穗上部、穗中部、穗下部发芽率均在93.56%以上、‘青引2号’最佳收获期在蜡熟期后11-13天左右,虽穗上部、穗中部、穗下部发芽率均在96.44%,但青引2号最适宜收获期时间较短。

Abstract: The paper aims to clarify the best harvest time of oats in Qinghai. We took‘Qinghai 444’,‘Qinghai Sweet Oats’, and‘Qingyin 2’which were harvested after the dough stage in 2018 as the test materials. The results showed that the best time to harvest‘Qinghai Sweet Oats’was around 12-15 days after the dough stage, and the germination rate of the whole spike (upper, middle, bottom) was above 84% on average. The best time to harvest‘Qinghai 44’was around 10-15 days after the dough stage, and the germination rate of the whole spike (upper, middle, bottom) was above 93.56%. The best time to harvest‘Qingyin 2’was about 11-13 days after the dough stage, although the germination rate of the whole spike (upper, middle, bottom) was above 96.44%, the best harvest time was relatively short.
