甘薯愈伤组织诱导及植株再生的研究

摘要: 在附加不同植物生长调节剂的MS培养基上接种甘薯茎段、叶柄和叶片诱导愈伤组织及植株再生。结果表明:基因型、外植体和植物生长调节剂影响愈伤组织的生长和分化。“卢选1号”的分化能力比“一窝红”强;茎段愈伤组织分化能力好于其它两种外植体;1.0~2.0mg/L2,4-D与1.0 mg/LKT组合有利于诱导胚性愈伤组织。

Abstract: Culture the stems, leaves and petiols of sweet potatos into MS mediums added different plant grow regulators to induce callus and regenerate plant. The result showed that the callus growth and their differentiation were effected by plant grow regulators, genotypes and explants. “lu xuan 1” was better than “yi wo hong” in differentiation .stem was the easiest among the three explants in differentiation. 2,4-D1.0~2.0mg/L+KT1.0mg/Lwas good for embryogenic callus induction.
