摘要: 不同温度处理中,高温使红米赤糯着色程度加深,而黑米朝紫相反,低温使其糙米着色程度加深,高温不利于着色;遮光处理使红米赤糯着色程度降低,光照强度增加有利于赤糯糙米着色,而遮光处理对朝紫糙米着色影响很小;不同施肥处理对红米红浪漫及黑米奥之紫糙米着色程度影响不明显。 关键词:环境因素;有色米;糙米;着色程度

Abstract: The different temperature handles inside, the heat makes red rice Chinuo in red rice apply color the degree to deepen, but on the contrary, the low temperature makes black rice Chaozi’s brown rice apply color the degree to deepen, heat disadvantage in apply color; Hiding the light handles to make the Chinuo in red rice apply color the degree to lower, the light shines on the in favour of red the Brown rice of glutinous in increment in strength applies color, but hide the light handles to apply color the influence the Chaozi brown rice in dynasty very small;It is different to apply fertilizer the brown rice that handles to red rice Honglangman and black rice Ozhizi in red rice applies color the degree influence the unknown showing.
