摘要： 皖麦31是安徽省农科院作物所采用“栽培一粒”小麦与7个普通小麦品种进行种间远缘杂交、复合杂交、辐射诱变等多种育种方法相结合，育成的安徽省第一个丰产多抗高蛋白面条专用小麦新品种，1997年8月通过安徽省农作物品种审定委员会审定。该品种的育成，对安徽省江淮麦区种植业结构调整具有重要意义

Abstract: Wanmai 31 was breeded by wide crosses , multiple hybridization , mutation breeding and other breeding methodologies with T.monococcum L. and seven common wheat varieties by Crops Research Institute of Anhui Academy of Agricultral Sciences. It is the frist wheat for noodle purpose with high yield potential , disease resistance and high protein content , approved by Anhui committee of crop variety examination and approval in August 1997. It is useful to adjust the planting constricture in Jianghuai wheat area .
