摘要: 实现多基因在同一受体植株中的共转化在研究植物多基因控制的代谢途径和获得去选择标记转基因植株中具有巨大的应用前景。本文综述了目前国内外在共转化上的研究进展,尤其对农杆菌介导的共转化系统的新类型、作用机理、影响因素及其应用前景进行了阐述。

Abstract: Multi-genes co-transformation is very important for studying on metabolic pathway which were controlling by Multi-genes and generation maker-free transgenic plants. This article summarized the advance of the co-transformation research in recent years, especially expatiated the new types, mechanism , effect factors and application foreground of Agrobacterium-mediated co-transformation systems .
