摘要: 树莓是由一大群变异较大而类型复杂的植物组成。树莓种类和品种的正确鉴别是树莓属植物资源开发和利用的前提,而经济有效的遗传标记又是树莓种类和品种正确鉴别的基础。遗传标记是指可追踪染色体、染色体某一节段以及某个基因座在家系中传递的任何一种遗传特性。综合有关文献详细介绍了形态学标记、孢粉学标记、细胞学标记和分子标记在树莓种类和品种鉴定中的研究进展。虽然孢粉学标记、细胞学标记和分子标记在树莓种类和品种鉴定中已大量应用,但形态标记仍然是最主要的鉴定手段。文章还对树莓种类鉴定中存在的问题和今后研究的重点进行了讨论。

Abstract: The Rubus, consisting of numerous species and varieties, is botanically a polymorphic, variable and very complicated genus in Rosaceae. It is a fundamental work for economic utilization to identify Rubus resources, and effective genetic markers are the main techniques to identify its resources. Research progress and application of morphological markers, pollen morphological markers, cytological markers and molecular markers on identification in Rubus resources were reviewed. The morphological identification is the basal method although other markers have been widely used. The current problems and some suggestions for further studies were also given in this paper.
