摘要:

随着中国农产品消费从能量消费转入营养消费的新阶段,能量过剩和营养素有效供给不足已成为中国现代农业发展的主要矛盾之一。功能农业通过生物营养强化等技术手段生产出含有特定微量营养素和其他有益功效的农产品(食品),实现农产品(食品)优质化、营养化、功能化和安全性。加快发展功能农业,强化农产品营养功能,是提高城乡居民健康水平的重要举措,也是推动现代农业供给侧改革的客观要求。本研究概述了中国功能农业发展的必要性、发展过程中存在的主要问题以及解决的主要途径,为中国城乡居民营养强化和功能农业的健康发展提供参考。

Abstract:

With China’s agricultural product consumption changing from energy consumption into nutrition consumption, excess energy and insufficient effective supply of nutrient elements have become one of the main contradictions in the development of modern agriculture in China. Functional agriculture produces agricultural products (food) with specific micronutrients and other beneficial effects by means of biological nutrition fortification, so as to realize the high quality, high nutrition, functionalization and safety of agricultural products (food). Speeding up the development of functional agriculture and strengthening the nutritional function of agricultural products are not only an important measure to improve the health level of urban and rural residents, but also the objective requirement to promote the supply-side reform of modern agriculture. This paper summarized the necessity of the development of functional agriculture in China, the main problems existing in the development process and the main pathways to solve them, in order to provide reference for the nutrition fortification for urban and rural residents and the healthy development of functional agriculture.
