蜂王浆在提高人体免疫力及解决围绝经期女性症状方面的研究进展

摘要:

为了全面了解蜂王浆在提高人体免疫力以及围绝经期妇女对症治疗方面的作用,以及临床使用的剂量、可能遇到的不良反应等,为在疫情背景下,充分发挥王浆的作用,缓解相关症状,帮助重点人群尤其是围绝经期女性用食疗的办法解决问题,以避免给身体带来痛苦和不可逆转的伤害等,本研究采用文献查询、专家访谈、重点医院和重点王浆销售终端调研等方法,通过文献和实证案例发现蜂王浆内的活性物质对提高人体免疫力、改善围绝经期女性的症状具有良好的积极作用。研究得出,老年人及围绝经期女性适当食用蜂王浆可以改善身体状况。在蜂王浆科研方面,建议今后重点加强功能因子的确定、功能因子应用产品的新鲜度指标及保存条件等方面的研究,以指导重点人群合理食用蜂王浆。

Abstract:

The research aims to fully understand the function of royal jelly in improving human immunity and symptomatic treatment of perimenopausal women, as well as its clinical dosage and possible adverse reactions, and to elaborate royal jelly’s role in dietotherapy for alleviating relevant symptoms of perimenopausal women, so as to avoid side effect and irreversible harm to the body. In this study, literature research, expert interview, key hospital survey, key sales terminal survey and other methods were adopted. The research found that the active substances in royal jelly have positive effect on improving human immunity and symptomatic treatment of perimenopausal women. Therefore, elderly people and perimenopausal women can take royal jelly appropriately to improve their physical condition. It is suggested that in the future, the research on royal jelly should be focused on the determination of its functional factors, the establishment of the freshness index of products and the storage condition, so as to guide the royal jelly dietotherapy for the key population.
