摘要: 为明确鲁东出口区花生Cd污染状况,2004年开展了青岛产区花生田及其产品Cd污染调查研究。结果显示,青岛花生产区土壤Cd含量范围为0.0451~0.202 mg/kg,按照无公害食品大田作物环境标准,没有受到污染;花生籽仁Cd含量范围为0.0374~0.2667mg/kg,按照无公害食品花生卫生标准,超标样点数占样点总数的96.4%,超标范围为7.8%~433.4%,受到严重的Cd污染。结果同时显示,花生籽仁Cd污染程度与土壤类型之间存在着一定的关系。因此,摸清青岛花生产区Cd污染源及其与籽仁Cd含量之间的关系,是解决青岛花生Cd污染的首要条件。

Abstract: The study was conducted in Qingdao in 2004 to ascertain current status of cadmium contamination in peanut and soil in the city. The results demonstrated that soil cadmium contamination in peanut field of Qingdao was not a problem, and the city was suitable for pollution-free peanut production; however, peanut kernels produced in Qingdao were seriously cadmium contaminated, and the degree of Cd contamination showed relations to soil types. Identification of Cd source and the relationship between the source and soil types is, therefore, considered to be the prerequisite for minimizing of Cd contamination of Qingdao peanut.
