水杨酸对节节麦根在水分亏缺下氧化与抗氧化反应的影响

The Effect of Salicylic Acid on Oxidantive and Antioxidative Response of Aegilops Tauschii Roots under Water Deficit

摘要: 研究分析了水杨酸(SA)对20%聚乙二醇6000(PEG6000)引起节节麦幼苗根中活性氧(ROS)水平和抗氧化酶活性的影响,结果发现,PEG能够显著提高节节麦根中超氧阴离子(O2-)、过氧化氢(H2O2)和丙二醛(MDA)的含量,明显降低超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)的活性;SA能明显抑制PEG诱导的MDA和O2-的积累,缓解PEG对SOD、GR和CAT活性的抑制作用,但对APX的活性没有明显影响。这表明SA可能主要通过影响SOD、GR和CAT的活性缓解了水分亏缺对节节麦造成的伤害。

Abstract: The effects of salicylic acid (SA) on the level of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and activities of antioxidative enzymes in Aegilops tauschii roots by 20% PEG6000 were investigated. 20% PEG6000 resulted in significant increase in the contents of O2, H2O2 and MDA and decrease in the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione reductase (GR), catalase (CAT) and ascorbate peroxidase (APX) in Aegilops tauschii roots. However, SA obviously inhibited the increase in the level of MDA and O2- induced by PEG6000 and relieved the effects of PEG6000 on the activities of SOD, GR and CAT. The activities of APX were not obviously changed by SA after treatment PEG. These results suggest that SA may relieve the damage to Aegilops tauschii by altering the activities of SOD, GR and CAT under water deficit.
