Abstract: To advance culture efficiency of rice anther is always a subject matter that the personnels of science and technology have been researching all the time. Green seedling productivity is advanced from 3%～5% to 8%～14% by use of the operating means of treatment of low temperature, diping plant stem node into 2，4-D solution(or hot treatment), artificial doubling and cultivating healthy seedlings, and thus green seedling productivity is advanced once to twice. Culture efficiency of anther which is totalized with seedling number of filled seeds is advanced from 0.5% to 4%～6%, and it is 8～10 times higher than before.
