影响植物根际微生物区系之因素研究进展

摘要: 根际是土壤、植物生态系统物质交换的活跃界面,植物作为第一生产者将部分光合产物转运至根部,通过分泌物供给根际微生物碳源和能源;根际微生物则将有机养分转化成无机养分利于植物吸收利用,植物、土壤、微生物的相互关系维持着土壤生态系统的生态功能。近年来,随着对根际土壤微环境研究的深入,根际微生物研究内容不断丰富和发展。笔者结合近年来国内外研究结果综述了不同因素对植物根际微生物生物多样性和生态功能产生的影响,并提出了今后这一领域的研究思路及方向

Abstract: The rhizosphere is a lively ecosystem interface between plant and soil, plants as the first producer transports partial photo-assirnilated substances to root, which supplies rhizosphere microorganism for carbon and energy by root exudates, microorganisms transforms organic nutrient into inorganic form for facilitating assimilation for plant uptakes,the interaction between plants, soil and microorganism constitutes the base of ecological function for soil ecosystems.Recently, research content of rhizosphere microorganism has largely expanded along with the development of soil micro-environmental research. This paper integrates domestic and foreign research trend to summarize influence of correlative factors to rhizosphere microorganism biodiversity and ecological function.
