Abstract: Coarse cereals cultivation has a long history in Shanxi province , It has many species, high quality, rich nutrient, and greatly welcome in domestic and foreign market. After years of development, coarse cereals have become a major competitive industrial in Shanxi agriculture, but it also has many problems such as species degradation, low production, low level in deep processing and many other issues, therefore, on the issue of the coarse cereals industrial development in Shanxi province, we must establish strategic plan, strengthen the coordination between the government, work out supporting measures , strengthen scientific and technological forces, establish high-quality base, development of leading enterprises in order to enhance the market competitiveness, make it become a major aspect of agriculture and an important way to increase income in Shanxi agricultural economy.
