Abstract: Increasing wealth between migrant workers and farmers at home is an extremely important one of the factors impacting the rural labour force’s transference. This article takes the Bishan Country of Chongqing Mucinipality as an example and contracts the economical increasing wealth model between migrant workers and farmers at home on the basis of the actual investigation and the mechanical application of knowledge.It successively analyzes net income of the migrant works,net income of farmers at home,comparative analysis between them and the fuction of the rural labour force’s transference,proposes that the government should adjust reasonably the ratio of the price between migrant workers and farmers at home.
