光照强度对泰山黄精生长特性及产量的影响

The Influence of Light Intensity to Taishan Sealwort’s Growth

摘要: 泰山黄精喜湿爽耐荫凉,避强光怕干燥,该研究的主要目的是评价光照强度对黄精生长及产量的影响。以苹果林套种黄精新增产量和新根茎多糖含量最高分别达19.4%、21.8%,40%透光率遮阳网遮阳处理黄精新增产量和新根茎多糖含量最低,只有13.4%和11.0%。遮阳网下黄精的平均蒸腾速率是露天栽培81.4%,说明泰山黄精不适合露天生长。不同叶位的净光合速率,当大于20片叶时下降较迅速,生产上可剪去顶芽,促进地下部分生长。遮光栽培可有效减轻黄精斑叶的发生,以40%透光栽培黄精斑叶最轻,防效达68.4%。遮阳网覆盖栽培使黄精产量明显提高,以40%透光处理增产效果最好,增产27.71%,与CK处理和25%遮光处理间产量差异均达极显著水平。

Abstract: The Taishan sealwort likes wet and resistants cool, evades the glare to fear dry, The purpose of this study is to evaluate the influence of the light intensity to taishan sealwort’s growth and yield. Is highest by the apple forest interplanting sealwort addition output and the new rhizome polysaccharide content respectively reaches 19.4%, 21.8%,40% transmittance visor net visor processing sealwort addition output and the new rhizome polysaccharide content is lowest, has 13.4% and 11.0%. Under the visor net the sealwort average transpiration rate is open-air cultivates 81.4%, explained that the Taishan sealwort does not suit the open-air growth.The net photosynthesizes of different leaves drops rapidly when there is more than 20 piece of leaves,you may cut the terminal bud in production for the promotion underground portion growth. The shade culture may reduce the occurrence probability of the sealwort spot leaf effectively, it is lightest by 40% diaphanous cultivation, preventive effect reaches 68.4%. The visor net cover cultivation causes the sealwort output distinct enhancement,which is best by 40% diaphanous processing production increases effect, increases production 27.71%, the volume variance reaches the extremely remarkable level with the CK processing and 25% shade processing.
