三聚氰胺废渣氮素释放特征及影响因素研究

摘要: 以山东海化魁星化工有限公司生产三聚氰胺的废渣为原料,在对其养分分析的基础上,通过室内模拟试验,研究其养分释放特征及温度、水分、pH对养分释放的影响。结果表明:废渣全氮含量为50.01%,养分释放缓慢,可以作为生产控释氮肥和缓释氮肥的原料进行资源化再利用;随着温度的升高和土壤含水量的增加,土壤中的全氮、有效氮和铵态氮均有所提高;但不同处理水平之间有效氮和铵态氮变化不显著;碱性条件下,有利于三聚氰胺废渣的水解,使得全氮含量差异显著, pH为 5.0时全氮含量分别比pH 7.8、pH 8.5低2.49%和5.17%,铵态氮变化极其微小。

Abstract: Based on the laboratory analysis of nutrition in melamine waste, simulation experiment was conducted to study the effects of temperature, moisture and pH on the nutrition release. The result showed that the melamine waste contained 50.01% of nitrogen and it released very slowly, so it could be reuse as the material to produce the slow-release nitrogen fertilizer and controlled-release nitrogen fertilizer; With the increase of temperature and water content , total nitrogen, available nitrogen and NH4+-N were all improved ,but the amplitude of NH4+-N and available nitrogen were not remarkable as total nitrogen; In the alkaline soil,it is propitious to the release of nutrition and the total nitrogen improved obviously, but it was not good to the accumulation of NH4+-N.
