植物生长抑制剂对小麦茎杆特性物质转运及产量的影响

Effect of Growth Inhibitor on the Stalk Characteristic, Assimilates Translocation and Yield of Winter Wheat

摘要: 石麦15为冬小麦节水高产型新品种,为了探明生长抑制剂对石麦15等品种的降秆防倒及产量效应,试验采用多效唑(paclobutrazol,PP333)和矮壮素(chlormequat,CCC)两种生长抑制剂进行春季喷施试验。结果表明,生长抑制剂影响冬小麦的茎秆生长,降低节间长度,但喷施时间较早对基部节间的影响明显,喷施较晚对较高节位的作用更大。生长抑制剂可降低茎秆干物重,促进茎秆储存物质向籽粒的转运,从而增加产量,而且表现出明显的浓度梯度效应。试验初步明确了两种抑制剂的最佳应用剂量分别为矮壮素2.250kg/hm2和多效唑0.45kg/hm2,喷施溶液量450kg/hm2。

Abstract: Shimai15 is a water-saving and high yield new line, in order to know the effect of growth inhibitor on declining the length of stalk & preventing lodging and yield of wheat of shimai15 and others, experiment was done in spring by using PP333 and CCC. The result showed that growth inhibitor affected the stalk growth, declining the length of internode, but the earlier spraying time influenced the length of base internode obviously, the latter spraying time had more effects on the top stalk. The dry weight of stalk was reduced with applying of growth inhibitors and the translation of deposited matters from stalk to seed was promoted, which raised yield and show the effect of concentration gradient obviously. The experiment definituded the best application dosage of two growth inhibitors was 2250g昲m2(CCC), 450g昲m2(PP333) and the solution 450kg/hm2.
