中国小麦微核心种质中弱筋种质的鉴定筛选

Screening for weak gluten resources from mini-core collections of Chinese wheat varieties

摘要： 优良种质资源是小麦育种的基础。本文2006-2007年连续2年在扬州对261份中国小麦微核心和54份应用核心种质进行蛋白质品质鉴定，分别筛选出19份低蛋白质含量和12份低微量SDS沉降值的种质，其中4份种质可确定为优质弱筋种质，可作为弱筋小麦育种的优质资源加以利用。

Abstract: Elite germplasm resource is the base of wheat breeding. The protein quality of 261 Chinese mini-core collection germplasms and 54 application-core collection germplasms were identified in 2006 and 2007 in Yangzhou. 19 germplasms with low protein content and 12 germplasms with low SDS-sedimentation value were screened out, 4 of them could be determined as high quality weak gluten germplasms, and be used in weak gluten wheat breeding.
