正交试验法测定锥栗总黄酮含量技术研究

摘要： 摘要：以芦丁为对照品，采用正交试验优选法，建立锥栗中总黄酮含量的测定技术。样品采用乙醇浸提法提取，分光光度法检测，检测波长为209nm。结果表明：加样回收率为94.3％，RSD为0.61％( =6)。该试验方法简单，操作方便，可用于锥栗黄酮含量的测定。

Abstract: Abstract： The content of total flavonoids in fruit of Castanea henryi was distilled with ethanol and determined at 509nm by ultraviolet spectrophotometry with rutin as a standard contro1 by orthogonal design. The results show that the average recovery of total flavonoids was 94.3％ with the relative standard deviation 0.61％( =6). The method is simple，rapid and accurate. It can be used for determining the content of total flavonoids in fruit of Castanea henryi.
