Abstract: Yunnan is located high Plateau with Low Latitude, and across seven climate zone from the North tropical to the north temperate and in similar climatic of the country microcosm. Whether from the plane to see the province or a vertical view, there is a typical "three-dimensional climate." Because of the diversity terrain, Yunnan have different facilities construction in horticultural types .This paper combined the horticultural facilities development situation, the structure types, the problems of production in Yunnan Province, analysis the horticultural industry development situation, raised the horticultural facilities development countermeasures in Yunnan Province.
