环境控制条件下不同因素对笔管榕扦插的影响研究

Study on effect of different factors in Cutting Propagation of Ficus wightiana under controlled environment

摘要: 【研究目的】笔管榕,是分布最北的榕树,为城市道路绿化、沿海防护林营建的优良树种,极具推广价值。本研究旨在探讨笔管榕扦插育苗技术,为其扩大栽培规模奠定基础。【方法】在受控的不同环境因子条件下,选用不同木质化程度的笔管榕枝条插穗,经不同浓度ABT生根粉或萘乙酸(NAA) 浸泡不同时间后,扦插于不同组分及比例的基质中。【结果】(1)以当年生半木质化嫩枝为宜,基质以泥炭土40%+珍珠岩30%+河沙15%为最佳,生根时间仅20 d,成活率达82.6%;(2) ABT生根粉、NAA处理均能促进笔管榕插穗生根和成活,其中使用ABT生根粉以浓度300 mg/L浸泡45 min为佳,生根时间仅22d,成活率达80.3%;使用NAA 以600 mg/L浸泡10 min为宜,生根时间仅21d,成活率达83.0%。【结论】在受控的温度、相对湿度和基质水分环境条件下,选择适宜的枝条插穗和基质,并进行适当激素处理,可使笔管榕扦插生根成活率达80%以上。

Abstract: 【OBJECTIVE】 Ficus wightiana, a Ficus species of northernmost distribution, is a choiceness species in greening of urban streets and building of coastal protection forest, so has great extension value. 【METHOD】To lay the foundation of expand its cultivation scale, this paper aims at study the cutting techniques of Ficus wightiana. In the controlled condition of different environmental factors, branches of different lignification extent were selected, and were dealt with dipping in different concentration ABT rooting powder or NAA solutions for different times, then cut in substrates of different component and ratio. 【RESULTS】 (1) one-year-old semi-lignification twig, V(peat): V(perlite):V(sand) 40:30:15 were the best techniques. By applying techniques above, the surviving rate could reach 82.6%, and the time of rooting was only 20 days. (2) ABT rooting powder and NAA can both promote rooting and surviving. The optimal hormone treatments were ABT(300mg/L) for 45 minutes and NAA (600mg/L) for 10 minutes. 【CONCLUSION】The former hormone treatment could brought the surviving rate at 80.3%, and the time of rooting was only 22 days. The latter hormone treatment could brought the surviving rate at 83.0%, and the time of rooting was only 21 days. The conclusion was educed that the rooting and surviving rate for cutting propagation of Ficus wightiana could reach above 82% under controlled environment of temperature, relative humidity and moisture of substrate, selecting appropriate stem cuttings and substrate, treated appropriate hormone treatment.
