摘要: 简要回顾了我国有机果品生产的发展概况,从园地环境、栽植前的准备、栽培管理、病虫害防治等方面介绍了有机果品生产技术及有机果品生产的认证管理。

Abstract: In this paper the general development of organic fruit in China was introduced. The production techniques of organic fruit,including the environment of orchard,the preparation of cultivation,the orchard management,the disease and pest control were briefly reviewed.The certification of organic fruit was also outlined.
