阿维菌素不同剂型对果树害虫田间控制效果比较

摘要: 为明确阿维菌素不同剂型对苹果主要害螨控制作用之间的差异,本研究以1.2%阿维菌素微胶囊水悬剂、1.8%阿维菌素可湿性粉剂、1.8%阿维菌素微乳剂、1.8%阿维菌素乳油为代表品种,参照农药田间药效试验准则,针对苹果全爪螨(Panonychus ulmi Koch)和二斑叶螨(Tetranychus urticae Koch)开展田间药效对比试验,比较阿维菌素在相同有效成分下不同剂型的防效差异。结果表明:微乳剂与乳油相比,对靶标生物的各期防效差异不大;而微囊悬浮剂和可湿性粉剂与乳油相比,其速效性和持效性均不及乳油。从生态学和经济学的角度考虑,微乳剂是阿维菌素今后剂型加工的方向之一。

Abstract: To investigate the difference between different forms of abamectin on controlling fruit mite,with reference of pesticide-guidelines for the field efficacytrials,the effects of 1.2% abamectin CS、1.8% abamectin WP、1.8% abamectin ME and 1.8% abamectin EC (with the same content of functional component) on controlling Panonychus ulmi Koch and Tetranychus urticae Koch were compared by field trail.The results show: there is no much difference between ME and EC on controlling the target insects in different stage; the quick-acting effects of EC is better than CS and WP.In view of ecology ang economice, micro-emulsion is a new develop direction for the future.
